Apart from unveiling the gorgeous Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5, Samsung has also unveiled the Galaxy Tab S9 series. I call it a series because we get three variations, and guess what? All are equally good, so even if you decide to go for the base variant, you won't lose anything and still get excellent value for money.

The Galaxy Tab S9 series can easily double as laptops if you want, thanks to its stunning design and powerful hardware

This time you get three variants: the Galaxy Tab S9, the Plus variant and the Ultra variant for those who are not looking for compromises. The screen size is different, but all devices offer the same refresh rate of 60-120Hz. The base variant comes with an 11-inch screen size, plus the variant extends to a 12.4-inch, and the Ultra variant comes with a 14.6-inch display. All tablets are available in Wi-Fi variants as well as 5G variants for those looking for something different.

Coming back to the cameras, the Galaxy Tab S9 has a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera. The Plus variant adds an 8-megapixel rear camera on the back, and the Ultra variant has the same rear camera system as the Plus variant, but uses an additional 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor on the back.

The Galaxy Tab S9 series is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to storage and memory. The basic variant comes in 8/128GB or 12/256GB configuration. The Plus variant comes in 12/256GB and 12/512GB configurations, and the Ultra variant comes in 12/256GB, 12/512GB, 16 gigs of RAM and 1TB of storage. All three devices also have full support for microSD expansion if you want to go for it. All models are powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy, and powering the devices are 8,400 mAh, 10,090 mAh and 11,200 mAh batteries respectively.

Available only in Beight and Graphite colors, the Galaxy Tab S9 series offers four stereo speakers, Fingerprint On Display, S Pen support, as well as Book Cover Keyboard and Book Cover Keyboard Slip support for those who want to be sure they can use their tablets as computers.

Moving on to the price, the Galaxy Tab S9 starts at $799 for the base variant, $999 for the Plus variant, and the Ultra variant can be yours for $1,199. These prices are for basic variants without mobile connection. Pre-orders will go live today for these tablets, with units available for purchase starting August 11.
