Storage variants and colors of the Google Pixel 8 series leak, phones will hit the shelves in October

Google will release the Pixel 8 series later this year in October. The new phones are meant to be flagship devices and will have a stock Android experience. For those interested, we've posted extensive information on Google's upcoming devices, and today we have some news on the storage and color options that the phones will be available in.

Google is staying tight-lipped about Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro colors and storage variants

Based on information gleaned from the retailer data, we now know what Google will offer in terms of colors and storage options for both Pixel 8 devices, and this shouldn't really surprise us. The basic variant will be available in 128 and 256 gigs. But if you want more storage space, you need to look at the Pro variant, which will be available in three storage variants from 128 gigs and up to 512 gigs. Don't worry, as the Pro variant will also bring a number of other improvements over the vanilla offering.

As for the color options, Google is going to offer both Pixel 8 devices in over three colors, with one color being the same. We already know about this since the leaked backgrounds, but for those wondering, the vanilla version will be available in licorice, peony and haze. You are looking at licorice, sky and porcelain for the Pro variant. Unfortunately, we don't have the renders of the devices showing all these colors, but we do know about the specs as they've leaked a lot in the past.

The latest bit of information that the source has given us is that the Pixel 8 series will hit the shelves in October. This is something that does not come as a surprise because it is what previously leaked information also suggested.
