However, the function may vary from device to device, but the purpose remains the same – to make certain functions easier to access. Currently, the iPhone 14 Pro models have a mute switch, which will be replaced by an action button. According to the newly revealed code in iOS 17, the iPhone 15 Pro's action button may contain nine different functions:
