This means that messages received from SIM 1 will be stored separately in the Messages app, while messages from SIM 2 will be kept separately. . This will give users the opportunity to better manage their texts.

In addition, iOS 17 will also provide dedicated ringtones for dual SIM iPhone models. It will allow users to easily identify whether a call is coming from SIM 1 or SIM 2.
