AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 12-core CPU available for as low as $355 US, 7900X3D priced almost the same as 7800X3D

The AMD Ryzen 7000 Desktop CPUs continue to get some amazing discounts with the best 12-core chips now selling for less than $400 US at certain retailers.

AMD's Ryzen 7000 Desktop CPUs saw some amazing deals during the Prime Day sale, but that doesn't mean the discounts are going away anytime soon. The CPUs can still be found at some fantastic discounts across major retailers worldwide. As of today's agreement post, we have B&H offering AMD Ryzen 7900 and 7700 CPUs at some good prices.

The AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D starts at $469.78 US, which is just $20 US more than the MSRP of the 7800X3D, while the 7900X starts at $355 US, which is an absolute bargain for this killer 12-core, 24-thread chip. AMD's Ryzen 7 7700 is also available for a starting price of $275.99 at the same retailer.

Moving over to Microcenter, we have the same great deals plus an additional $20 US discount when you buy a compatible AM5 motherboard with the top three chips like Ryzen 9 7950X, Ryzen 9 7900X3D and Ryzen 7 7800X3D. If you look at the absolute value that AMD's AM5 platform offers, it certainly looks a lot better than its early days. Prices are now more than acceptable, and while the sub-$200 segment in the US still needs to be filled with better budget solutions like the recent AMD Ryzen 5 7500F, I'd say now is a great time to jump aboard the Ryzen 7000 family.
